Thank you for your answer. Regarding this man, he asked me to suspend my membership when we first met. Although his terms were good, I didn’t feel we could build a relationship of trust, so I hid my profile.
However, even though he was the one who said he wanted me to be exclusive to him, he later told me that we wouldn’t be able to meet for a while due to his circumstances. We’ve only met a few times, so we’re not in a relationship where he would be sending me money or anything like that.
I was unsure whether to leave feedback because I feel that failing to stand by his own words is ungentlemanly. But I’m wondering if I should leave feedback in case another woman takes him at his word and ends up leaving or suspending her membership.
Also, I would be a little concerned if he were contacted about it. If I attach screenshots of our messages and send them in, would they believe me?

No, I had to change my profile from publicly visible to hidden out of consideration because that woman unilaterally announced that she was leaving the club and put me under a certain restriction. That’s why I stopped getting messages saying, “You seem wonderful♡”!
I’d like unilateral withdrawal announcements from women to be prohibited too. By the way, I have screenshots.

To give a serious answer, what the club actually wants is “information,” not complaints.
I’ve also had several unpleasant experiences with women, but I give the club feedback as “information,” wrapping it in humor and sometimes turning it into self-deprecating jokes.
If it were me, I’d submit feedback on this case along these lines:
“She was a good person, but unfortunately, she turned out to be one of those creatures known in rumor as a ‘suspension uncle’—the kind who gentlemanly pressures you to take a break from the club from the very first date. If only that hadn’t happened… If only she hadn’t been a creature… I would have continued seeing her normally. But when it comes to suspension uncles—or rather, creatures—I just can’t do it. I couldn’t get wet… I’ll do my best to become capable of handling even creatures in the future, but due to my own inexperience, I had no choice but to sadly turn down the offer this time. I sincerely apologize for causing the club any trouble despite receiving such a wonderful offer…”

I think you should submit feedback.
However, wording it like, “Isn’t going on hiatus against the rules?” probably isn’t ideal.
Something along the lines of, “I was pressured to go on hiatus, but I declined,” would be better.
The key is to stick to the facts.
Also, if you select “Yes” when asked whether it can be made public, it will be published without revealing your name.

In that case, select “No” when asked, “May we verify the facts with the other party?” They won’t contact him.

I think you should leave feedback about him. If you ask them not to, they probably won’t contact the man for confirmation. Having screenshots would be even better.
