I have two papas (male supporters) who want my saliva (they want to drink it).
Both of them started asking for it the first time we had an adult relationship (intimate).
I feel less uncomfortable letting them drink my saliva than being told, “Drink mine!” so I willingly go along with it.

Everyone has different preferences, so I can’t say for sure what he’s thinking.
But since there are apparently people who sell women’s “holy water” (urine), I think he simply wants to drink the bodily fluids of a woman he likes, and probably doesn’t expect her to drink his.
