This is about a bodily function—sorry for the gross topic.

Lately, when I orgasm from external stimulation, I get stomach pain and feel the urge to have a bowel movement. There’s a vague, uncomfortable pain throughout my abdomen. For about 10 minutes after orgasm, I have to stay in the bathroom, rubbing my stomach, until I can finally have a bowel movement… Once I’ve gone, both the pain and the urge disappear after about 15 minutes. I’ve never had an orgasm from internal stimulation, so I don’t know if the same thing would happen. I only feel the urge to defecate, not to urinate. If anything, even when I do feel like I need to pee, it’s difficult to urinate. Thankfully, this hasn’t happened while I’ve been active at the club yet. I searched online because I wondered if it might be an illness, but it seems more like orgasm is stimulating my colon. Have any of you experienced something like this or heard of it happening to someone else? If so, I’d appreciate hearing about it. My appointment with the gynecologist is still quite a while away, so I’m a little worried. Thank you for reading this despite the gross topic.
