If so, that’s certainly something to struggle with.

Meet her if she wants to see you, and don’t if she doesn’t.

However, if you do meet her, you’ll need a big heart and the capacity to embrace her situation.

I think it would require a level of commitment far beyond entering an adult relationship (intimate).
