That’s possible, but since we didn’t receive a reply to our messages, it’s also possible that your account was temporarily deactivated—something like a leave of absence.

If you contact them using the phone number, LINE registration, or inquiry form listed there, your inquiry will initially go to the new-member intake team, but I believe they’ll put you in touch with your registered branch.

You can also use the inquiry form below the question box. However, that form is specifically for questions submitted to the box, so if I’m off work, it may take some time for me to notice your message.
