A few years ago, President Kida would sometimes conduct interviews while demonstrating the process for the staff to observe. However, I don’t think he’s been conducting interviews recently.
It’s possible he may still conduct model interviews somewhere from time to time, though.

I’ve searched for women Kida-san interviewed because I wanted to make them an offer. (Sometimes I search by the name of a staff member whose comments really resonate with me, and look for someone to approach that way.)
If I remember correctly, there were fewer than ten women currently registered. There seemed to be the most women interviewed by Kida-san in 2016—probably several. I think there was also one last year.
Women interviewed by Kida-san are pretty rare.
