By “Down,” do you mean Down syndrome?
If so, this could actually be your chance. It seems the club has lowered its standards during the state of emergency. I’ve heard that people with Down syndrome can lead perfectly normal lives and are often especially kind by nature. Of course, you may face certain challenges and prejudice, but I’m sure there are men who will recognize your appeal. You probably have a stronger mentality than the average woman, too. If that’s the case, I think you can understand why now may be the perfect time. With the bar for the interview lowered, you’ll at least have the chance to put yourself in front of 3,000 male members. And 3,000 is an incredible number—event spaces like the Hōō Room at the Tokyo Prince Hotel or the event space in Shinjuku’s Sumitomo Triangle Building hold about 2,000 people, so this is 50% more.
First, charm the staff member conducting your interview and get them on your side. If you feel your profile isn’t quite good enough, use the “comments” and “private photos” you can upload yourself to show your appeal. Give them 120% of your best qualities. Like a singer who grows with every performance onstage, that sense of tension itself will make you even more attractive. As someone strong enough to have lived while pushing back against all kinds of prejudice, you shouldn’t have anything to lose. Good luck.

Your message is a little short, so I’m not entirely sure about the details, but although there is an upper age limit for applicants, it seems they also interview women who are older than that. If you’re interested, I think it would be fine to apply for an interview without mentioning your age.
That way, they can make a decision after meeting you, and if you look younger than your actual age, I think you may still pass the interview.
It’s fine to come to the interview wearing a down jacket, but for indoor photos, you’ll probably be asked to take it off.
It’s also okay if you don’t have many clothes. However, it may be difficult if you don’t have anything skirt-like, so if that’s the case, you might want to buy one outfit from GU or Uniqlo.
Once you find a papa (a male supporter), you should be able to buy clothes with your allowance. He may even feel sorry for you and offer to buy you some clothes himself.
