Do Black members get a concierge? What kind of service is it, and can you choose your concierge?

However, our internal system is currently being changed. Even men who aren’t Black members and don’t have a concierge will be assigned a representative, and we’re moving toward having the same person respond whenever possible. It will also probably no longer be possible to request to speak directly with an interview staff member, since your assigned representative will generally be the one answering. If you have a concierge, as Kazu mentioned, you may be able to meet staff members directly for consultations. Also, if you tell them what kind of women you prefer, they’ll contact you as a priority when someone matching your preferences comes in for an interview. Depending on the circumstances, you may even be able to make an offer before she registers. (Though I imagine this will be limited to trusted men among the Black members.)
