If, hypothetically (though it seems impossible), I received a “You’re wonderful” from a Black female member, would I be properly notified?
In that case, would I be able to make an offer at the Platinum rate?

Women aren’t told which class they’re in. Also, under the system, they can view the profiles of all men who have made their profiles public, regardless of class. So a woman in the Black class can still click “You seem wonderful” on a man in the Platinum class.
Whether he chooses to make an offer is entirely up to him. However, if he wants to make an offer, he’ll need to downgrade to the Black class first, and the setting fee will also be based on the woman’s class.
That said, you could tell the staff, “Please let me know if this woman moves down to Platinum, because I’d like to make her an offer.” If she doesn’t receive any offers, for example, her class may eventually be lowered, and they might be able to notify you then. (They may also be too busy to do so.)
I’m not sure how far they can accommodate unusual requests, but I recommend discussing it with the staff at your local branch first.

I haven’t received a “You’re wonderful” because I don’t have my profile publicly visible, but I assume you can tell whether you’ve received one by checking your own profile. Since you never know when someone might press “You’re wonderful,” it seems you need to check from time to time.
If a Black-ranked woman sends you a “You’re wonderful,” that means she’s judged you to be a wealthy “good man.” If you immediately upgrade your membership and make her an offer, this could be your chance to date a woman representing Universe.

I’m Paper Airplane, a male member.
When a “You seem lovely” like disappears after 30 days, the same person may just send it again… I don’t even remember whether I sent one in the first place. It’s really that casual.
If a lot of Black members are sending them, I might casually send one to a Platinum man too. It’s nothing more than that.
Black female members also send me “You seem lovely” messages, just like women in the other classes, but I haven’t made an offer yet.
