I understand that mental health conditions may be asked about during the interview. Does this include HSP (Highly Sensitive Person), Asperger’s, or ADHD? Thank you.

Maezawa from the CEO’s office here, answering your question. Thank you for your question. Illnesses are self-reported. Applicants are asked something along the lines of, “Is there anything we should know about?” Specifically, they’re expected to disclose anything that might cause inconvenience to their partner during a date. If you disclose an illness, you’ll need to explain how you can ensure it won’t inconvenience the other person. If it’s likely to cause problems simply because of the illness, some men may be hesitant, and you may not pass the interview. There aren’t any specific criteria for what must be disclosed, but it’s best to judge based on whether it could inconvenience the other person.
