Here is a proposal to revise the flat-rate plan. Women eligible for the “flat-rate plan” should be limited to those who receive very few or no offers. Women who receive offers as usual should remain outside the plan and continue under the current system. Also, not all men should be eligible; it should be available only to “men who choose this option” or as a “black membership benefit.”

With the way Universe currently operates, far too many women who are genuinely attractive end up worrying because they don’t receive any offers due to staff misjudging them and placing them in the wrong class. → Saying “Exactly!” would be incredibly rude to the staff, but I agree with you on that point, myself included. So I’d definitely like to implement it. The problem is, I can’t come up with a workable plan from the operator’s perspective. Setting up a date with a woman in the Black class takes just as much effort as setting one up with a woman in the Standard class. So unless we make the setting process semi- to fully automated, the number of staff members effectively limits the number of settings we can arrange. If we could move the “women with zero offers / flat-rate unlimited” system to something like a dating app, I’d want to start it tomorrow. It might work at regional branches that still seem to have some spare capacity for offers. I can’t deny that it brings to mind putting unsold fruit into a box and selling it for ¥200,000 a box, but ultimately, that would mean we haven’t done enough to develop and present those women properly. If they can be turned into delicious juice or desserts from there, that would be ideal. Thank you! I’ll give it some fairly serious consideration.
