I don’t know much about men like this, but I seem to remember reading somewhere that you’re supposed to agree beforehand on a signal to use when things become too much. If someone’s mouth is covered, they can’t speak, and if they’re tied up, they can’t resist. So, to know when the woman has reached her limit in that situation, you decide on a signal beforehand—and stop immediately when she gives it. That’s the basic rule, as I understand it. Anyone who does this without such an arrangement is not normal. It’s no longer a game; it’s assault. That’s all from someone who doesn’t really know much about the subject.
