There haven’t been any particular changes to the rules during interviews, but outside Tokyo, it seems like more people are being accepted as A. Perhaps they’re choosing to register as A even in regional areas, or maybe they’re receiving offers despite being classified as A. In Tokyo, where there are many A registrants, it seems that unless someone is exceptionally beautiful, they won’t receive any offers, so many people still end up being rejected. That said, I believe the staff at each location have also started answering questions recently, so hopefully someone will respond… However, the local staff sometimes answer and sometimes don’t, and it’s not clear what criteria they’re using. It also makes me wonder whatever happened to the plan to respond to every question.

In the past, posting a part-time job opening would barely get any response. But even now, after COVID, applications are still coming in at several times the previous rate. This is Paper Airplane, a male club member who was discussing a club woman’s career change yesterday. These days, even part-time jobs are limited when you’re looking for work. I think we’re now at a point where, as a way to find employment, it’s inevitable that not only A-types but even B- and C-types will effectively include women who are really A-types.
