What traits do ordinary women without notable titles in the Black Class have, and why were they placed there?

I’m Saito, a column writer♪ This is just my personal impression, but based on the people I’ve met so far, I feel that women without flashy titles—such as being a flight attendant—tend to be better.

The women who give off a certain aura the moment they walk in for the interview are the “black” ones. Of course, we also look at their personality through our conversations with them afterward, but women like that are usually great personality-wise too. Men tend to be struck by it the moment they meet them, as well.

I’m Basil, a male member. In addition to looks, I also consider her personality and how well she clicked with the staff member who interviewed her. Personally, Gold members who receive fewer offers are more than enough for me. Of course, Black has more attractive women overall, but the competition is higher, and I rarely find them worth the price difference.

I’m a male member. Whether I receive offers is judged mainly by my appearance—but it also depends on whether that appearance appeals to the staff conducting the interview. If the staff member is male, it comes down to whether he feels an instant spark the moment he sees you. With female staff, on top of that, they may start developing a personal attachment as they talk to you… which happens fairly often. They screen out Type A, nightlife-type, and escort-type women, as well as anyone who looks like that. Female university students are favored regardless of which university they attend. So, appearance-wise, women in other black tiers rank higher than those in the CA black tier. I prioritize looks, so I have no interest in women in the CA black tier, but I understand why CA women receive so many offers. Even when their looks were perfectly average for CAs, they never made the men around them uncomfortable, and—even from my perspective, despite having no particular interest in them—they seemed to possess something different from other women. The men around them were happy not only to spend time with them at mixers and parties, but also to go out with them afterward. There’s no denying that they were highly reliable when it came to making men feel comfortable.
