I get the impression that the men, women, and even the staff are all slim and well-proportioned. At 155 cm and 5? kg, I feel like I’m in the lower tier. Are there any diet or exercise habits you follow? Has joining a dating club changed your mindset as well? Looking back at the answers so far, I remember finding it helpful when someone mentioned in an earlier question that Japanese food can actually be high in calories, and that taking supplements before meals can help.

Maezawa from the Corporate Planning Office here as well. At 155 cm, the standard weight appears to be 52.86 kg, which corresponds to a BMI of 22. But I assume you want to lose more weight because being average won’t give you an edge, right? That said, being too thin can be dangerous, so I think it would be best to aim for the lower end of the standard-weight range. At 155 cm and 44.5 kg, your BMI would be 18.52, which is almost the lower limit of the standard-weight range. You might want to set that weight as your goal and work toward it.

I’m Meg, a female member. As a general guideline, you can estimate your standard weight by subtracting 110 from your height in centimeters. For example, 160 cm − 110 = 50 kg. Keeping your weight in the 49 kg range might work in your favor. I’m rooting for you♪

I’m a male member, Paper Airplane. When you’re going on dates with younger women, it makes you want to work out, too! When I get home, I drink amino acids to burn fat, do resistance-band workouts from the RIZAP book, use a vibration machine like the ones for surfing, and do push-ups, squats, and so on… I look in the mirror and think, “I’ve really built up my chest muscles!” But my family just says, “Not at all…” Huh?? The woman I’m currently seeing and I have been talking about going to the gym together, so I’ve been looking into different gyms. Some are open 24 hours, while others have hundreds of locations. And considering they’ve opened so many branches in just a few years, the facilities are surprisingly new and clean when you go for a tour. They’re so spotless they feel more like an esthetic salon or clinic than a gym. I’m amazed at how far things have come. With gyms everywhere like this, it seems like you can drop in whenever you feel like it.
