As for the procedure, I recall that if not too much time has passed since you withdrew, it should be simpler than the initial registration process. I recommend contacting the branch where you were registered and letting them know you’d like to register again.

You’ll need to come in for an interview, just as you did when you first registered, but if you previously received offers, I don’t think you’ll have any trouble passing.
