I’m registered in Osaka. Almost all the offers are in Tokyo, so I originally planned to register there, but our schedules didn’t line up, so I registered in Osaka instead. At the time, a staff member told me, “The service is the same regardless of where you register.” However, all the emails about recommended women and women not yet listed have only come from Osaka. I mentioned this to a Tokyo staff member by phone or email some time ago, and they said, “In that case, we’ll send you emails about women not yet listed in Tokyo.” But in the six months since then, I haven’t received a single email from Tokyo (lol). Now that I registered in Osaka, is it really impossible to change my registration or receive information from Tokyo on the same level as someone registered there?

I’ll answer this as Kida. Taking your feedback into account, we would like to significantly revise our current system of assigning members to staff and branches. We are currently working on these system changes and expect to be able to announce them to our members around mid-July. Under our current system: Assigned branch = branch where the meeting took place = default branch displayed = branch that can record the member’s renewal fee as revenue As in the case you pointed out: Osaka staff → handoff to Tokyo staff → unable to establish a routine at the operational level, so the matter was left unattended We sincerely apologize for this. Our policy going forward will be: Assigned branch → Members can freely choose and change their assigned branch. If they have any issues, they can consult that branch. → The assigned branch can record the renewal fee as revenue. Branch displayed for female profiles → The branch displayed by default when a member opens the member site. → Members will be able to switch this within the site. With these changes, members will be able to choose both the area where they actually want to go on dates and the staff member who will be responsible for them. We hope to create a system in which staff are motivated to work harder because they want to increase the number of members they manage—and have the renewal fees credited to their own branch.
