A woman I had been planning to offer an arrangement to has left the site. Would it still be possible to make her an offer?

I’m not sure how you found out that she had left the service (I assume you asked a staff member), but once she has withdrawn, I don’t think an offer will be possible. Even if it were possible, a woman who has decided to leave is likely feeling less enthusiastic—that’s why she left—so there’s a good chance the date wouldn’t be enjoyable anyway. She may come back someday, so it’s probably better to wait until she returns feeling more enthusiastic. That said, people also say there’s no such thing as “next time” or “someday.” To avoid regrets, I recommend making an offer to any woman you genuinely like.
