Regarding the stars, my impression is that they’re reduced quickly, but they’re rather slow to increase.
That’s why we created guidelines that didn’t exist before. The conditions for increasing your rating are:
1. Responding promptly to messages from staff
If most replies arrive within two hours and are written politely, we’ll increase the rating by one star.
2. Receiving consistently positive feedback
If three or more consecutive comments praise your manners, responsiveness, or similar qualities, we’ll increase the rating by one star.
(However, this only applies if there hasn’t been any negative feedback warranting a one-star reduction.)
3. Continuing to have dates without any particular trouble
If you have five or more dates without being late, canceling, or changing the schedule, we’ll increase the rating by one star.
This time, you should qualify under condition 3.
So it is certainly strange that your rating hasn’t gone up.
That said, they’ve apparently included an escape clause, stating that these are only guidelines and that there may be cases where the actual decision differs.
But still, that doesn’t seem right. The escape clause is probably there to deal with complainers, but for people who are participating properly, their rating should naturally be handled according to the guidelines.

Judging by the general feel of things, over 80% have three stars. People who occasionally cancel or take a long time to respond get downgraded to two stars. I hardly ever see anyone with one star. If someone were at the point of earning only one star, they’d probably quit.
The people who move up to four or five stars seem to be those who receive tons of offers and consistently good feedback. Female members, if you keep at it, your rating might go up someday too.
