It’s possible they may decline when there are fewer staff members than usual, so could you try asking something like: “Is there any day when an interview at 7:00 p.m. would be possible?” They should reply with something like, “This person is available on this day.” However, if they say that 7:00 p.m. is absolutely impossible on any day, please let us know which branch you were hoping to visit so we can look into the reason.
