With that in mind, the same applies to women registered at other branches. If the Tokyo staff aren’t sure about something, they’ll ask the staff at the woman’s registered branch. So it’s not that they arrange dates without knowing the woman’s personality or preferences. We can—and do—make arrangements in the same way. On the other hand, the staff at a man’s registered branch are more familiar with his personality and preferences. I believe this is also intended to improve the service for male members. You can also change your registered branch if you’re not satisfied. If you switch to a branch you feel provides better service, your overall satisfaction may improve as well.
