How are the women at the new salon selected?

I also worked with CEO Maezawa on the SALON project team, so we went through a lot together. Since SALON has only a small number of staff members, things are largely based on each staff member’s preferences, which also makes it easier to establish clear standards. Basically, members need to be at least Platinum level. Another appealing aspect is that we can communicate closely with the women, allowing us to provide thorough follow-up and support while getting to know their personalities on a deeper level. Maezawa from the president’s office here. When I asked the staff about this before, they said the basic standard was about the same as the Black Class. However, I think that may vary during the interview process. Ultimately, while taking the man’s preferences into account, the staff seem to select women they feel are suited to the new branch. So I believe a standard separate from Universe’s class system is gradually being established. Also, unlike Universe, there are generally no photos of the women, so it’s a unique setup where only the assigned staff member knows what kind of women are available. I’m sure the staff at the new branch will answer this themselves before long.
