Is there a contact form or something similar for Universe Club members? I’d like to contact my branch, but I lost my previous email history with the staff member there and can no longer find the branch’s email address. I also tried looking for contact information on the website, but I’m not very tech-savvy and couldn’t find it. I seem to remember a chat box appearing after logging in, but that appears to be gone too, so I’m unable to find a way to contact my branch (Ikebukuro).
