True, 3 for an adult relationship is on the low side. However, outside papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), even 3 would be considered quite a lot. Also, if the man values the date itself, it’s fairly common to receive 2.3 as an allowance for a dinner date—or, depending on his age, even 4–5 for a first meeting. The questioner’s first-meeting allowance of 3 certainly suggests she’s an attractive woman, but I wouldn’t say it’s particularly high.
