Offers submitted overnight, outside business hours, aren’t processed right away.
When Universe is closed, no one is monitoring the system.
Universe opens at 11 a.m., so an offer submitted around 8 p.m. will be processed one by one after 11 a.m. the following day.
It also depends on how many staff members are working. For example, if 200 offers have piled up overnight and the staff can process 50 per hour, it would take four hours to get through them all.
That means your offer might not be processed until around 3 p.m. the next day.
In reality, they then have to contact the woman and wait for her response, so it may take even longer for everything to be finalized.
