It might reappear for just a few days a few weeks later, and if you miss that window, you can’t make an offer. I think some of them also move up a class… Among the girls I’ve made offers to in the past, several have been switched to black status when their profiles were reshot. From there, some receive no offers or only a few, get downgraded to Platinum, and eventually become Premium. Also, when someone who had already left the service re-registers, they’re still automatically back in your favorites if you had added them before.

I think “premium” refers to someone who charges a 40,000-yen setting fee despite being Gold, or 70,000 yen despite being Platinum. There aren’t really any specific rules. For example, you might be unsure whether to register as Black because you’re worried you won’t get any offers, so you choose the class one level below but set the setting fee a little higher. In that case, the amount is set that way from the beginning. Another possibility is that you originally felt that way but registered as Platinum with the lower fee, only to receive several offers right away. When you realize, “Oops,” you may raise only the price without changing the class. There aren’t any particular rules regarding this.
