It may have happened, but as far as I know, it hasn’t.
That said, I have received messages from men saying that the woman left partway through the date. When I checked with the woman, she said the man kept talking about being intimate after the meal throughout dinner. It was difficult, but she apparently put up with it and stayed with him.
However, when he kept bringing it up over and over, she firmly turned him down. The man then became angry and told her she could leave, so she did.
There have been several cases like this where the two sides failed to communicate properly: the woman thought the date was over, while the man wondered why she was leaving when they were still negotiating.

There was a man who received overwhelmingly negative feedback like that from nearly every woman he had dated before. Even so, it seems none of them actually left in the middle of a dinner date.
There are also last-minute cancellations, so I can’t say this applies to everyone, but I’m happy that nearly all the women follow the rules properly.
