Men who do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) are, for better or worse, true to their desires, and they earn a great deal of money every day to fulfill them.
Their desires often drive the economy. Desire and ego may be simple forces, but they’re powerful enough to keep the economy moving.
Perhaps papa-katsu would be more enjoyable if we appreciated being able to benefit from the spillover.
