When a woman registers, it seems her photo may be featured on the website or Instagram, but some branches don’t post photos at all. Since it doesn’t seem like every woman who registers gets featured, are only high-ranking women selected?

Maezawa here with an answer. The photos we post on Instagram don’t show the woman’s face, but we still get her permission before posting them. Even when her face isn’t visible, some women may decline because they’re worried they could be recognized by things like: - Their chest - Their legs - Their clothes Sometimes, right after a photo is posted, we’ll receive a message saying, “That’s a photo of me, even though my face isn’t showing. Please delete it.” They may have been nervous during the interview and missed the explanation about posting photos on Instagram. So, there are also women whose photos don’t get posted because we couldn’t obtain their permission. Usually, they’re fine with it as long as their face isn’t visible, though… Other times, the staff may forget to take a photo for Instagram, forget to upload it, or have trouble uploading it from a PC. Those are some other reasons a photo may not end up being posted.
