I’m a female member. Men can see the face in my profile photo, right? I can only see the photo from the neck down on my end, so what should I do if I want to check my own photo?

Maezawa here. The photo you can see on your profile is the one displayed in the women’s listings, and men can see that photo as well. As for why a photo showing only the area below the neck was selected as the first photo, I believe the staff member you met thought it would be more likely to get men to click on it and view your profile. After clicking, they can see your profile details and other photos, but some of those photos may not be visible to women. (The men can see them.) That’s simply how the system is designed. I completely understand wanting to check your own photos, but sometimes it’s best to leave things as they are and be patient. There are also cases where someone asks us to upload photos they’ve sent us, but if the photos have clearly been edited—or have been edited so heavily that men may feel less inclined to make an offer—we may not be able to use them. If you really want to post your own photo, there is a selfie upload feature, so I recommend posting it there.
