I’m a male member. I always look forward to reading the male and female members’ comments in the date feedback. Both perspectives offer useful points for reflecting on and learning from my own dates, so I find them very helpful. That said, regarding the recently published number of dates by branch, it seems that relatively few dates from the Tokyo branch are being featured. Is there a reason for this? Although Tokyo appears to account for just over 40% of all dates, it seems to represent less than 10% of the published cases.

Maezawa here with an answer. Someone who wants to publish accurate figures may come along later and compile the data, but speaking from personal experience: 1. The percentage of feedback submitted is low: YES. 2. Feedback is submitted, but much of it can’t be published: YES. This is especially common when the feedback is negative toward a man. Since they may have exchanged phone numbers, perhaps people are afraid of being identified. 3. The feedback has been submitted and approved for publication, but the staff are too busy to upload it: NO. That did happen in the past, so the system was changed to upload feedback automatically. 4. It’s intentionally not published to maintain a balance because the submissions are overwhelmingly concentrated in Tokyo: NO.
