It seems there are programmers on staff (more than one?), but what on earth are they doing every day? They should at least quickly address the issues people have been requesting improvements on in the Q&A box.

Maezawa here as well. The person who created the members-only page and handles its daily maintenance seems to be struggling because there simply aren’t enough hours in the day. They say they have far too many projects on their plate... Apparently, they would need at least ten more programmers to handle everything. So perhaps the reason things aren’t getting done is that one person is currently doing the work of ten. The other person is the one who created this question box. Would you say they mainly work in web development? When I asked, “What do you do every day?”—since people keep asking— they replied: “Nothing, really.” Huh? “Well, yesterday I was interviewing employees.” I mean, they do conduct interviews from time to time... “To begin with, I’m not a programmer.” Even though they write code... That doesn’t clear things up at all, so perhaps they’ll answer this question themselves?
