How long does it usually take to get an offer after signing up in a rural area?

I thought this was something the staff might have a better grasp of, so I’ll start by answering from the staff’s perspective. Regardless of whether you’re in a rural area or not, you might receive an offer soon after registering, or it might come six months later. There’s no definitive answer. It might be easier to answer if you specify the branch you’re asking about, but basically, it seems to vary from person to person.
