Maezawa here. Unfortunately, we don’t hire women who are registered with us. When someone is hired, they sign a confidentiality agreement regarding the handling of information, and there are penalties for violations, so in principle, it might be possible to employ them. However, men understandably wouldn’t feel comfortable knowing that a woman they’ve gone on a date with might be working here—even with a confidentiality agreement in place. That’s the reason.
