What does “new venue” mean?

Maezawa here. That said, this isn’t a very specific answer… It’s basically along the lines of what I said in response to a few earlier questions. Only men with annual incomes of at least ¥40 million will be accepted, with appearance and personality also taken into account during screening. We’re planning to limit the number of men to 30 (we anticipate up to 50, but the timing is undecided). The women will be high-class women, and the screening standards will be quite strict. That’s the general idea.
