Universe Club doesn’t have a block feature, so are you talking about blocking someone on LINE?
But blocking someone on LINE has nothing to do with Universe Club, so I’m not really sure what you mean.
> In the first place, can you make an offer to the same woman through the club more than once?
If you’re a man, why not try it and see?
If you’re a woman, I suppose you can judge by whether you receive a second offer.
What exactly are you trying to find out?

Is this about the question here?

Regardless of the context, when people mention being “blocked” in the Q&A section, they usually mean being blocked through a communication method such as LINE or SMS.
I assume the “blocking” you’re referring to means hiding a woman’s club profile from a specific man, correct?
There was a question recently about making offers to the same woman repeatedly.

The exact policy isn’t clearly stated, but if the woman has told the club why she wants that man blocked, I imagine any second or subsequent offer would be refused without the club even needing to check with her.
Even if another offer did come through, you could simply decline it. An offer is just that—an offer—and you’re free to turn it down. When declining, you could tell the club, “This is a man I previously declined because of [reason], so I don’t want to meet him.” The club should understand the situation.
