Do female members ever submit the post-date survey after their second date or later? Are surveys for second and subsequent dates recommended? I understand that male members are asked to complete the survey for second and subsequent dates as well, based on previous answers to this question. I’m asking because I’d like to know whether the same applies to female members.

Maezawa here. There’s no rule saying you can only submit the questionnaire once. If men are being asked to fill it out again after their first response, it wouldn’t be fair to treat women differently, would it? As for whether we actually recommend doing so, I’d have to check internally. But as far as I know, there’s currently no rule prohibiting a second or subsequent submission, so I think it should be fine to send it in. In the first place, you’re welcome to consult the staff about all sorts of things—not just the questionnaire. (Tokyo may be a different story since they’re busy, though… >＜) If it’s a regional branch, I believe they’ll take your concerns seriously and give you proper advice.
