I’m the one who posted the other day asking whether being beautiful gives you an advantage. Following everyone’s advice, I signed up for a gym.
I also went to a hair salon.
I want to change.
On a different note, I’ve never told anyone about this except people I’m truly close to.
I didn’t attend school when I was a student, so I can’t even do simple calculations. I can read kanji, but I can’t write them. Somehow, I’ve managed to get by at my part-time jobs by bluffing my way through things. I’m always pretending and trying to get by.
Is it really true that, deep down, men don’t want a stupid woman, no matter how attractive she is on the outside?
Thanks to everyone’s advice, men have started approaching me and talking to me. I’ll keep doing my best, little by little.

For me, as long as a woman is considerate, kind, and attentive to the person she’s with, it’s perfectly fine if she isn’t academically inclined. I might even prefer that.
I think things will gradually change if you stay mindful, even if it’s just little by little. It may be difficult, but I’m sure a bright future is waiting for you.

While you were away from school, I imagine you spent a lot of time thinking and worrying about things most children normally wouldn’t.
Being unable to study isn’t the same as being unintelligent, right? But without a certain level of common sense and knowledge, it’s hard to have enjoyable conversations. That applies not only to dating clubs, but to ordinary relationships as well.
Now that you’ve changed your appearance, why not work on yourself from the inside, too? I think it would be good to start with books you feel comfortable reading, without being embarrassed. Libraries are free.

I’m a losing guy among the male members.
Even if a woman can’t write kanji, if she’s working hard, I find myself wanting to make her an offer and support her in life—as long as I’m attracted to her looks.
On the other hand, no matter how beautiful or highly educated she is, I have no interest in a woman who doesn’t make an effort.

Men have all kinds of preferences, so that isn’t necessarily the case. If you’re worried about coming across as unintelligent, I think you should study before your next meeting.
