I'm wondering whether to apply for an interview. If a woman fails the interview once, is it impossible for her to apply again? Also, do things like her photos and rank change over time?

This is Saito, the column writer ♪ I wonder why you didn’t pass the interview. The interviewer is carefully judging one thing above all: whether you’re likely to receive offers from men. Was there nothing about you that men would find attractive? Try to take an honest, humble look at yourself. And with enough effort, women can change. I know women who moved up in rank, and they worked incredibly hard—dieting, studying, improving their taste in clothes and lingerie, and learning how to apply their makeup. I think the women in Black Class put in even more effort than that. We men also make an effort to become better men, but it’s nothing compared with the effort women put in. After all, we can get ready and leave the house within an hour of waking up.

Unfortunately, women who have failed the interview once are no longer able to interview again. That said, there are a small number of women who might have been accepted if certain things had been different, so it may be worth contacting us once to ask. We’re sorry that our standards have become stricter due to the high number of female applicants at the moment. Things may change again sometime in the future, perhaps a few years from now.
