In my case, I actively approach women whose overall vibe makes it easy for me to start a conversation, as well as those who are willing to change into the branch’s designated outfit.
I’ll leave the specifics of what I mean by “vibe” to your imagination, but regarding the outfit: if someone is wearing their own clothes, their identity could potentially be recognized from their figure or even a brief gesture, so I generally avoid approaching them.

The photos on the homepage are advertisements designed to entice men who aren’t members yet to join.
Men who are able to make offers look for women through the members-only page. I scrutinize the profiles there, but hardly ever look at the photos on the homepage. Even when I do, the woman’s face usually isn’t visible, and I can’t make an offer based on those photos anyway.
So if you’re worried about how this will affect the number of offers you receive, don’t worry—it doesn’t have much of an impact.
I’m Maezawa from Shacho-shitsu, and I’ll answer this one too.
We’ve recently started posting short videos there, so if we forget to film one, the woman may not be featured.
We also crop out the face, but sometimes there simply isn’t a photo with a suitable pose. Other times, the staff happen to be too busy to upload it.
So whether someone gets featured or not varies.
It’s strange to think that, although many women used to ask us not to post them there, just a few years later we’re now getting questions like:
“Why haven’t I been featured there?”
If, during the interview, you say, “I’d really like to be featured there, so please,” or even, “I’ll undo a few buttons,” or “I’ll hike my skirt up as far as I can,” then I think you’ll probably be featured.
By the way, it has nothing to do with your class.
