I’m a female member. Can I put my membership on hold for as long as I want?

Maezawa from the president’s office here with an answer. Until now, women could suspend their membership for as long as they wanted. However, some people ended up leaving their accounts suspended for years, making us wonder, “Isn’t this really a withdrawal?” There were also women in that situation. So we changed our internal policy: if the suspension period is not specified, the member must withdraw. For example, if you only want to suspend your membership for three months, or if you have a clearly defined period in mind, I believe suspension is still possible. Otherwise, you’ll need to withdraw. That said, re-registering is easy, and people who have received offers before generally won’t be rejected when they register again. So in practice, there doesn’t seem to be much difference between suspending your membership and withdrawing.

I’m Kazu, a male member. I think it should be possible. However, if you become unreachable or remain inactive for an excessively long time, your membership may be canceled.
