I saw that if you register with your face blurred, you can choose whether or not to reveal it when someone inquires about you.
If you choose not to reveal it, does that give a bad impression? Or would men simply choose a girl whose face is visible so they can be sure she’s their type, making the former option out of the question...?
Also, if anyone has ever made an offer to someone who kept her face blurred and chose not to reveal it, what was the reason?

At first, blurred photos made me imagine that the person might be attractive, which raised my expectations and got me excited. So I made inquiries and sent offers to several women, but more often than not, they ended up being disappointing.
These days, I’m no longer interested in blurred photos.
Considering the effort involved in making inquiries, the efficiency and odds are really poor.

That’s pretty much where I’ve settled. I also feel bad for the women who show their faces properly.

There are several ways to blur photos.
1. Blur the entire image: Almost nobody does this, since you can no longer get a sense of the person’s overall look or atmosphere.
2. Blur only the face: You can still see their figure and hairstyle, so you get a sense of their vibe. It also lets them promote themselves while helping prevent people from identifying them.
3. Blur only the mouth or eyes: The mouth and eyes are actually important features for identifying someone, so hiding just one of them can help prevent identification while still giving people a general idea of the person’s face.
Of these, I think option 2 is the most common. But based on my experience, around half of men seem to lose interest if they can’t see a clear photo.
If you’re going to avoid showing clear photos, option 3 might be worth considering.
Also, blurring videos is a hassle when editing, so I think it’s better to film only from the chest down.
The way you respond, your gestures, and so on are important, so having a video like that may increase your chances of getting an offer even without showing a clear photo.
That said, this is only when comparing blurred photos, so you’ll still have an advantage if you don’t blur them.

I create my profile with blurred photos, and since no one asked whether they could see the unblurred versions if they inquired, all four people who made me offers during the roughly three weeks my profile was public said they had only seen the blurred photos.
I vaguely remember being asked whether they could see them when they made their offers, but I’ve forgotten.
(The three weeks was because I went on hiatus as soon as I received an offer.)
One person said they actually found it reassuring and liked that I hadn’t posted my photos somewhere everyone could see.
Two said they could get a general sense of what I looked like from the blurred photos, and that I didn’t seem any different in person.
The other person said my figure was good, so he wasn’t that concerned about my face.
