Is a letter date also a feature that allows men to approach women, similar to an offer?

When a man makes a regular offer, the staff will contact you.
It’s the same with letter dating—the staff will get in touch.
The only differences are that once the two of you start communicating via LINE, email, or similar, the club considers the arrangement completed, and the woman doesn’t receive any compensation for those interactions.
That’s why some women say from the outset that they don’t accept letter dating.
