This alone could tap into latent demand (probably around 30% of the current level).
(I think we’d be able to see the effect by testing it for a month as a campaign.)
I’m a paper airplane—a male member who also makes offers to B- and A-type women, rather than only C-type women.
So I really don’t understand it.
Since A-type women may sometimes be placed one class lower, you could also argue that they were already ranked lower to begin with.
Also, I’m sure there are men, not just women, who genuinely dislike—or are fed up with—having an adult relationship every time.
For men like that, it’s quite possible they might make offers to B-type women rather than C-type women, even if the fee is higher.

Incidentally, if I think a Type A woman is Black, I set her as Platinum; if I think she’s Platinum, I set her as Gold—deliberately lowering the offer fee.
If you think the offer fee is such a waste, there are plenty of women on apps who want money for dinner only (no intimacy).
Why not go there instead?
Or why not start your own dating club with those kinds of rates?
Pay for advertising, affiliate fees, rent, employee salaries, and all the other associated costs.
By all means, go ahead and create a dating club like that.

I don’t know the details of Universe’s finances, but I assume they haven’t changed the current fee structure because the business is sustainable as it is.
This is just my personal opinion, but I’m against lowering the fees. Neither the club nor its members really benefit from it in the long run.
From a member’s perspective, lower fees would obviously be very welcome—but only temporarily. For example, even if cutting the fees in half doubled the total number of offers, the club’s revenue would remain the same while the staff’s workload would double. If revenue doesn’t increase, there’s no way to raise staff salaries either. The staff become overworked, more people quit, new employees have to be hired, and more inexperienced staff join the team. The result is a decline in service—and the people who suffer from that are the members.
That said, if the club is making so much money that it’s practically rolling in it, I’d love to see them offer every member one free offer, at least（笑）.

At first, I thought a price reduction for Type B would be very welcome. But even if it were limited-time, the appealing women would probably be flooded with offers, making it difficult to coordinate schedules.
Conversely, now that there’s a price difference between the relationship types, I’d be annoyed if Type C were to become more expensive in the future. And even with lower prices, I don’t think I’d make offers to Type A women.
Generally speaking, the women concerned and average male members might benefit, but I can imagine hearing from higher-tier members that the club’s standards are declining.
Even if the club receives more offers temporarily, lowering the prices probably wouldn’t significantly change its sales or profits—it would just make things busier.
Since the current pricing structure is working well, I don’t see any benefit to drastically cutting prices.

That means C- and D-type members end up getting the short end of the stick.
To begin with, deep down, Universe Club doesn’t really welcome A-type members. There’s no way they’d lower the price.
