I feel like questions like that are more about satisfying one’s own curiosity, and I wish people would stop asking them.
If you said, “I offered this much but couldn’t continue the arrangement, so please share your experience as a reference,” I’d understand.
But what are you planning to do with that information?
What have you been doing up until now, anyway? Have you never made an offer in the first place?
Basically, I think it depends on how well you want things to go with that woman.
For example, if you’re fine with it not working out and are prepared to look for someone else, it’s simple. Just offer the same amount as the first date set by the club’s rules.
Since you can also explain that it’s the amount established by the club, I don’t think it would be strange to keep paying that amount after the second meeting.
However, if you want to get closer to her, I think it’s best to ask how much she wants.
If you don’t want to ask, then anyone can see that offering a little more is more likely to make things go smoothly.

I have a papa (a male supporter) whose dates are mainly dinner only (no intimacy).
Sometimes he gives me 1 plus taxi fare, sometimes 2, sometimes 4—it varies. That’s because we haven’t set a specific amount for dinner dates (I don’t think there’ll be any trouble).
When I took the bullet train to his area the day before a drive date and stayed at a hotel, he gave me 7 plus transportation expenses. I was the only one who stayed there, and that amount was for no H.
For my birthday, he gave me 10 just for dinner.

Just as with an adult relationship (intimate), I ask women what they’re looking for. The requests I’ve heard from women have ranged from 1 to 3. I’ve offered amounts within that range before.
With option 3, an adult relationship (intimate) seems unlikely, so unless she’s someone I particularly want to talk to, I usually don’t meet her again after the second time.
