Maezawa from the president’s office here—I’ll answer this too.
I believe we used to tell women during the interview process that about half of them wouldn’t receive an offer.
So it was probably around 50%.
Recently, it seems we’ve been saying that about 40% of people don’t receive an offer, so I’d guess it’s around 40%.
However, since the pandemic began, the number of men has increased and the gender ratio has been changing. Given the current situation, I wonder if it may have dropped to around 30%.
I feel like someone may have pulled the figures from SQL, so I’ll see if I can look into it next time.

I’m Fuu, a column writer.
This is a little outdated, but I happened to have a copy of something posted on the club’s website back in 2018. I don’t remember whether it was from this Q&A section or a column.
The percentage of women who received at least one offer before leaving the club:
46%
The percentage of women who met a papa (a male supporter) at a members-only party:
23%
Women who received an offer within their first month got an average of 3.2 offers.
Based on that, even if you stay registered for around six months and attend members-only parties, there’s a 31% chance you won’t meet a papa.
↑ That’s what it said. It also seems that women who receive offers tend to get several in a short period of time. Before COVID, the club held parties and other events. Hopefully things will settle down soon and they’ll be able to start again.
For reference, here’s Fuu’s column about what the parties were like before COVID:

> Nearly half of the women receive zero offers even after six months.
Apparently, that’s the case:

I don’t know which side the person asking falls on. This isn’t really a matter of probability.
It’s not exactly the same, but if your mock exam results say you have a 50% chance of passing, do you think you’ll pass once if you take the exam twice? Someone with a 50% chance of passing could fail no matter how many times they take it.
Some women receive double-digit offers on the day their profile goes public, while others consistently receive one or two offers every month. Of course, there are also women who receive one offer in the month they register and then nothing afterward.
You won’t know until you register, so I think it’s pointless to overthink things beforehand.

My daughter kept asking, “TWICE’s new song is super cute. Wanna watch it? Wanna watch it?” So I finally watched it with her.
She played the video on her phone and asked, “They’re all cute, right? Cute?”
Me: “Some of them…”
Daughter: “They’re all cute!”
When I tried to go to the fridge halfway through, she said, “Where are you going? Watch it till the end!”
After we watched the whole thing, she asked, “They’re all really cute, right?”
Me: “About half of them…”
So even if a girl is raving about how cute they all are, from a guy’s perspective, maybe it’s only about a 50% hit rate…
