I’ve been invited to do another photoshoot, but I’m unsure what to wear.

I think something along those lines would be fine, but a dress like the kind actresses wear to movie award ceremonies could work too—something with an open back or a slit that shows a lot of leg. Even though it’s quite revealing, the fact that it’s an elegant dress keeps it from looking vulgar. I think that kind of image could work well. Another option—though it might mean you receive fewer offers—would be to completely change your image and go for a refined, ladylike look, with modest clothing and a white hat. You could have both styles photographed, then look at the pictures on the camera’s rear screen and ask which outfit they’d prefer you to use. The staff may want to post both, but I think it’s better to establish a clear image with just one of them. You could also ask, “I might want to switch to the other outfit in a month or so. Would you be able to keep these photos instead of deleting them?” (They may refuse, since photos that aren’t posted are normally deleted, but if you’re considering changing your photos, I think it would be reasonable to ask them to keep around six extra shots.)

If you’re getting offers with your current photos, I’d stick with a similar style. If not, it might be worth trying something different. Marika
