Yes, length matters too. I’m a little on the larger side, so if it’s too tight, it can be painful. Since I started doing this, I’ve been using them more often, and it feels like a waste if it hurts and isn’t pleasurable. So I measured my size when erect, using a toilet-paper roll to check how many centimeters extended beyond it(笑). I also researched the length, width, and thickness of condoms from various manufacturers online, tried several types, and found a few that work well for me.

When condom sizes are listed, they usually only give the diameter. I think that’s because diameter is what matters when it comes to whether a condom slips off; it’s very rare for one to come off because it isn’t long enough.
> I have had an experience where I used a condom provided at a love hotel, but it was slightly too small, and it started coming off as we were rubbing.
That seems backwards to me.
Could it be that it came off because yours was actually too small? Or perhaps because it has a streamlined shape without much of a ridge, so there wasn’t anything to hold it in place?
In any case, if it’s slipping off, wouldn’t you need a condom with an even smaller diameter to make it tighter?
It feels like the logic is reversed...
I looked up the sizes of some thin condoms, and they are as follows:
Diameter Thickness Length
Okamoto Zero One 33 mm 0.01 mm 17.5 cm
Sagami Original 0.01 36 mm 0.01 mm 17.0 cm
SKYN 36 mm 0.06 mm 18.0 cm
Okamoto 0.02 Zero Two 36 mm 0.02 mm 17.5 cm
Sagami Original 0.02 36 mm 0.02 mm 17.0 cm
Okamoto 0.02 Real Fit 33 mm 0.02 mm 18.0 cm
ZONE 33 mm 0.02 mm 19.0 cm
That means even with a ZONE, someone over 19 cm long wouldn’t be fully covered. But perhaps condoms are designed to function as long as they cover 17–19 cm from the tip in the first place.
For reference, the XL-size Mega Big Boy is:
Diameter: 46 mm
Thickness: 0.048–0.068 mm
Length: 19 cm
Its 46 mm diameter makes it the largest in Japan, intended for larger sizes, but it’s only 19 cm long. I’m not sure whether “only” is the right way to put it, though.
If being too short meant it didn’t function properly, they would probably have improved the design. So I assume 19 cm is considered sufficient.
If length is your priority, Usupita XL Rich has:
Diameter: 44 mm
Thickness: 0.03–0.038 mm
Length: 21.5 cm
The diameter is smaller than the Mega Big Boy’s, but it’s 2.5 cm longer, at 21.5 cm. Since it’s also a relatively thin XL condom, it might be a better choice for people who are concerned about length.
Apparently, there are even larger sizes overseas. Durex Comfort XL, for example, is:
Diameter: 56 mm
Thickness: 0.037 mm
Length: 21.5 cm
That’s 10 mm wider than Japan’s largest, the Mega Big Boy, with a diameter of 56 mm—but even then, the length is still 21.5 cm.

Marika, I thought so too(笑)
It’s not simply a matter of a penis being bigger or longer. I think what feels best is when your sizes are a perfect match and the balance is just right.
That “It’s hitting deep inside—so good!” thing might be more of an AV fantasy.
I remember once feeling incredibly good with a perfect size match, almost as if I were being touched with an electric massager.
So gentlemen, don’t limit yourselves to just one person—try reaching out to women of all different types and ages(笑)

If it only reaches about halfway, there’s a painful step where it ends.
Obviously, size includes length too.
What kind of question is this? Are you just bragging about your size?

It’s quite something that the condom wasn’t long enough. My penis isn’t particularly long, so I’ve never had that experience.
After writing that answer, I remembered that the base of my shaft is thicker. I can’t remember whether it was a polyurethane condom or something else, but when I put a regular-size one on all the way to the base, it partially rolled back up. So, in addition to thickness and length, I think shape matters too.
