> Since ED medication works better on an empty stomach, I took it before the meal on my first date with a C-type woman.
It seems you haven’t fully understood this.
When they say it works better on an empty stomach, they mean that the medication is absorbed more effectively while your stomach is empty. So if you eat after taking it, the effect will be reduced.
For example, if you take it an hour before eating, the active ingredients will have been absorbed into your body within that hour, so you should start feeling the effects. However, if you then spend an hour eating, it seems to me that the medication’s effects will gradually weaken.
Taking it on an empty stomach means not eating anything after taking it until you go to the hotel, doesn’t it?
It’s also said that Levitra and Cialis improved on this particular drawback of Viagra.
As for being turned down after taking the medication, that problem can simply be avoided by waiting to hear the woman’s answer before taking it.
Even if Viagra won’t work in that situation, Levitra might.

For the first time, I think Levitra is a good option.
Taking it 15 minutes beforehand should be fine. If you’ve had a heavy meal (for example, before traveling), take it 30–45 minutes in advance. If you don’t feel it starting to work, you can take an additional dose at the hotel.

I take medication beforehand and have already booked the room, so being turned down on the day is really tough.
Over my three years on the site, with about 35 date arrangements, there have been five times when I took medication in advance but couldn’t have an adult relationship.
The reasons were:
- “The terms for the adult relationship didn’t match” — 2
- “I got my period” — 2
- “There’s no room on the first meeting in the first place” — 1
↑ Then you’re Type B, aren’t you? (screams internally)
The period excuses may be genuine or they may be lies, but when a Type C PJ simply feels uncomfortable with me and wants to turn down an adult relationship, it’s the only convenient excuse available. So I figure a certain number of cases are unavoidable.
As for the room I booked, unlike Kazu-san, I can’t behave maturely and just get irritated sitting there, so it feels wasteful, but I cancel and pay the full cancellation fee.
Usually, after drowning my sorrows in alcohol, I take care of things myself since the medication has me fully aroused.
By the way, having the date canceled on the day is even worse. Then you also have the restaurant cancellation fee, which feels like such a waste.
P.S.
I’ve read other papa-katsu blogs where some veteran papas keep in touch with PJs who are flexible enough to still come when another date gets canceled.
↑ Basil-san wrote about this too.
I’ve also read about people calling a high-end hostess service, but ever since I started papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), I’ve rapidly lost interest in that kind of service, so I don’t call one.

For first meetings, I use Levitra because it works quickly. It starts taking effect in about 30 minutes, so once I get the go-ahead, I make an excuse to go to the restroom or step away and quickly take it.
By the way, when meeting a Type C for the first time, I usually reserve a hotel in advance. If she turns me down, I’ll try asking an existing girl who’s easy to reach, saying something like, “My plans for tonight ended early, so I have some free time. Can you come out?” I invite her knowing there’s a good chance she’ll say no.

I used to wonder, “Do C-type women really ever turn someone down!?” But one woman I’m seeing regularly told me that she recently turned down an adult relationship with a man who had made her an offer. So I guess they really do say no sometimes.
Anyway, when I go on a date with a C-type woman, I book a hotel and check in beforehand, so I’d probably just go back there and quietly go to sleep. That’s what I did when things were postponed until the following week because she was on her period.
