I always take it beforehand, but never in front of a woman.
My medication works best when taken an hour before a meal, so I always keep bottled water on hand to take it with.

I don’t rely on oral medication. When I used to take something, it was Cialis. As Maezawa-san explained, it takes effect a few hours later, so I took it before dates. I remember it still working the next day, too. However, Cialis made it difficult for me to climax, so I stopped taking it.
I occasionally use ICI injections. At first, I would tell my dates I was going to inject and do it alone in the bathroom. But the women I’ve met many times all say they want to watch, so lately I’ve been injecting in front of them.
ICI injections make me extremely hard, and the women love it. Sometimes they even beg me to let them experience the rock-hard version of it.
Riichi-san, thank you for the explanation. Of course, ICI is also a legal medication.

> Do you usually take it at home?
I previously wrote about how long these medications take to start working and how long their effects last on the staff blog. If you haven’t seen it yet, please take a look:

As for when to take them:
- Viagra: one hour before intimacy
- Levitra: 30 minutes to one hour before intimacy
- Cialis: three hours before intimacy (the instructions say one hour before, but according to the data, it reaches peak effectiveness three hours after taking it)
So if you’re taking it at home, Cialis would be the one to choose.
> Are you comfortable taking it in front of a woman?
Even if it’s just medication for an ordinary medical condition, I feel it could make a woman uneasy.
“What if he dies during it?”
I don’t think many people would take it that far, but I’m not sure about taking medication right in front of her.
That said, if you’re worried about wasting a dose unless she agrees first, you probably want to take it after she gives you the OK.
In that case, you’ll want something that works quickly. If she gives you the OK at the end of dinner, you could say, “I’m just going to the restroom,” step away from the table, and take it.
Levitra starts working in about 30 minutes, so I think that would be the best choice in this situation. Unlike Viagra, it’s also less affected by food.
(Keep in mind that “less affected” doesn’t mean it’s completely unaffected.)

Whether you take it beforehand or discreetly during the date when she isn’t looking depends on the type of drug. Please look into it.
